Panoramic sliding glass doors lead onto a large balcony, furnished with a glass-topped table and reclining seats, ideal for al-fresco dining or enjoying a tipple as you watch the moon seemingly rise out of the sea!
The kitchen, with its solid granite worktop has everything you would expect in a home away from home, (oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, water cooler, etc). 
Also on the ground floor is a fabulous jet-stream shower room, which massages as it washes, (one of 5 bath/shower rooms supplied with plentiful hot water from our solar water heating system).
 Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: a palatial double with king size bed, and two comfortable twin rooms with a luxury bathroom (with balcony) and further beautifully fitted shower room.
There is another large balcony with more spectacular views.
On the second floor is another stunning bedroom with a king-size bed, luxurious en-suite spa-bathroom, and a balcony with some of the finest views in Turunc.

In the basement is a television room with a large TV, DVD player and 2 large single sofa beds. (2 extra persons may be accommodated here at a small extra charge if there are 10 people in your party).
A large playroom with sliding French doors onto the garden leads into a further luxurious shower room. There is also a separate well-equipped laundry room.
Outside, the lawned garden is planted with orange, lemon, lime, olive, banana and pomegranate trees and is well fenced on all sides. There are sun loungers alongside the private swimming pool which has a minimum depth of 1.4m and maximum 1.8m and is the ideal place to cool down!
